Obituary of Douglas Kenneth Howell

HOWELL- Douglas "Doug"
Passed away suddenly on May 16, 2023 at the age of 73 years. Loving father of Meaghan (Craig) Minello and Ashley (Jamie) Robinson. Cherished and much loved grandpa of Cameron, Morgan and Taylor. Former husband and friend of Helen Howell. Dear brother of Mary Jane Finn, Bill Howell, Lorna Howell. Predeceased by brother Russ and his wife Barb Howell. He will sadly be missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Lorne and Rita Howell. Doug loved spending time with his family,  and his time spent with his grandchildren that will be forever missed, but greatly remembered. Doug was a realtor in Windsor/ Essex County with over 35 years. He was a devoted and dedicated member of AA for over 30 years. He was an avid golfer, loved fishing and played many different sports in his life. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519) 253-7234 on Friday May 19, 2023 from 2 to 5pm & 7 to 9pm. Funeral Services for Doug will be Saturday May 20, 2023 at 11:00am in the chapel. Cremation to follow.
