Dearest Anne & Family:
Our Heartfelt Sincere Condolences to you and your Precious Family.
Ted was such a kind and caring Good Man who always had a smile to share and guidance for my boys when they played ball and umpired. My Boys always looked up to him with total Respect. He was not just their mentor but also their Friend. That was the kind of warm and companionate man he was.
I too found a Friend in Ted over the many years the boys were involved in their sports. He was always so happy and engaging with light enthusiastic conversation. He always spoke of you Anne and told stories of the children with such great pride.
Such good memories of those times.
Please know my thoughts and Love are with you All
May you find comfort in knowing ... Your Angel has his "Wings"
Sincerely Sue Lenarduzzi & Family

My deepest sympathy Anne to you and your family on Ted's passing. We just back today from a vacation and there was a message from Vince Franco about Ted. The news was devastating. He was a wonderful human being; We have been friends for over 50 years and we both lived in the same area.. Played hockey with Ted for many years and we started up the YCW at St Theresa's church with Darlene Kennedy, Theresa Gagnon, Father Belanger and many others. Always had a lot of laughs and Peaches was his favorite phrase. We went together to EXPO in Montreal when he worked at Windsor Factory. Great personality and when people talked he looked at you and listened to what you were saying. I liked that in him. He cared about everyone. Thinking of all of you and keeping you in our prayers.
Love and hugs

It takes a village to raise our children. I thank The Lord as a single parent for mentors like Ted. My sons were in Riverside Baseball and Ted was one of the loveliest examples of what a man should be. My sons looked up to Ted and and his sons often visited with my sons in our home. As a father he was exemplary and his sons and daughter were a reflection of the lovely home Ted and Anne raised them in. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy. God Bless Lee Bain

Dear Anne, Michael, Stephanie, Mark and families. Please accept with my deepest sympathy in the loss of your loving husband, father and grandfather. I had the pleasure and honor of working for Ted with Windsor Riverside Minor Baseball Association. What an avid involvement Ted took in the many programs and volunteer opportunities. I remember the days of Bingos, Baseball Seasons, Board Meetings, Spitfire games and Bantam National Championships where Ted was so proud of the fireworks that blew off the baseball diamonds that night and marching bands yes Ted was a wonderful person to work for. I have so many wonderful memories of Ted and I will miss him dearly. His walks with Ron and Tom and Ted tagging along because him and I were catching up. You 3 men were the tag team in Riverside. One thing for sure out of all of his wonderful stories his best one was his love of his family. He was always so so proud. He was a great conversationalist with a vast amount of knowledge and a kind caring heart. Such a special man thank you for sharing him with us. Thank you Ted for always engaged in conversation and making me feel like I was the only one and my family that interested you in that moment. Thank you Ted you Touched My Life and I Wish you Peace. Brenda Simon Former Secretary for Windsor Riverside Minor Baseball Association, Riverside neighbor and friend. To the family May you all find comfort in your memories and know others share in your sorrow and grief. With Deepest Sympathy and Prayers Brenda, Mike & Amanda Simon.

My lovely wife Nancy had him as a teacher, and also a colleague before he retired. He was also a very loyal client of mine at Riverside Custom Collision, where he always promoted us, and we established a fun relationship at ALL levels including RMHA.
He'll be missed in the neighbourhood, where he & Ron could be seen walking, by many folks that he knew & maybe mentored too!
Nancy & I are out of town this month of February, and as a result cannot attend any of the visitations, but extend our condolences!
Rest in Eternal Peace good sir; you'll be remembered!

When I was very young, this family moved into our neighbourhood, and truthfully, that family changed my childhood. I grew very close to the Symonds, and Ted was such a great man. He treated me like another one of his kids. If anyone was a second Dad to me, it would be Ted. If I shared all my memories with Ted, Anne, Michael, Steph and Mark, I could compile a great memoir.
One that always sticks out was when he brought us to meet Mr. Dressup. His true character was on display, and what a character he could be.
Ted loved baseball, so much that he would sit behind Mike and I when we played baseball on the computer. Ted had more fun than we did, calling the game, play by play.
Shocked to hear he has passed, and my family sends love and condolences.

Grateful that we got to spend time with Aunt Anne and Uncle Ted this past summer. Touched that they would make the journey to come see us out West. Uncle Ted is not in the last photo posted here because as usual, he is behind the camera.
Thinking of Uncle Ted and all the deep chats we had over the years. In my younger years, I always appreciated our talks in our living room about books and ideas. Uncle Ted was really special to me as he helped foster this piece of me that sought to explore ideas and different perspectives.
Uncle Ted and Aunt Anne took me to “We Day” at the Roger’s Center as a teen; again making me feel very seen and valued for my interests.
I remember Uncle Ted’s love of family, how proud he was of all his kids and grandkids, and how he cherished and truly appreciated Aunt Anne.
He was so proud of you all; Mike, Steph and Marky. ❤️
