To Cathy and surviving family members ,my sincerest condolences. I only knew Ernie for maybe 2or 3 years, he was a very kind soft spoken gentleman and a true servant of God .I remember meeting him at his home hooking up some audio video equipment, where we engaged in quite lengthy conversation. He had a sense of humour . Always a pleasure to be around even in a hospital room a laugh would be had. I had a couple of occasions ro dine with him and his lovely wife Cathy, more recently at the Moose lodge I did not have the opportunity to visit him when he took I’ll, however prayers were made on his behalf, God knows us by name and nature I would often accompany Earnie durring Covid or just run sone errands to assist, his pleasantness and wit wil remain forever in my memory . I know Ernie will recieve his crown ,,and the lord wil say”Well done my servant “till we meet again ,Rest In Peace dear friend, may The lord comfort alll your loved ones at this time of grief, sincerely James and Carmela Smith
