Dear Nick and Greg,
Your dad’s passing is certainly the end of an era, and I know he will be missed.
I have alot of memories of your parents, and of me babysitting you two boys. Seems funny now, doesn’t it?? What a time we had, growing up on Randolph, I still remember alot of it. Our mothers were besties and we spent alot of time together. I can clearly remember every room in your house and your mom cooking pots of borscht, which I always thought looked like blood and wouldn’t eat it!!
Altho time has seen us go our separate ways, we were soooo blessed to have had the growing up we did and the parents we had. Your parents were wonderful people, hard working, kind, funny, and they adored both of you. I was lucky to know them. Not so lucky to be babysitting you two, especially when you didn’t want to go to bed! But…..I made $2/night and who could turn down that kind of dough?
Everybody liked your dad and his energy and laughter.
Peace, peace, peace.
