I have such fond memories of Mr. Poulson. I’ve known him and the family for almost 20+ years and whenever I would be hanging out with his granddaughter Brittnee, he would see me come in and say “Well, there’s that redhead again!” He was such a kind and happy man. “Our joys will be greater, our lives will be fuller because we shared your moment.” I have such fond memories of cousin John visiting on the farm so many summers ago. He couldn’t wait to shed his city clothes and don a pair of overalls and rubber boots and head to the fields to help Uncle Don. A big smile would light up his face as he would sit on the old Massy Ferguson tractor or loaded the wagon with hay. After a day in the fields, the family would sit around Aunt Nora’s kitchen table...often a bottle of beer in hand. One summer he arrived and introduced us to Connie- the love of his life. His life seemed complete when they welcomed daughter Jennifer followed later in life by his beautiful grandchildren. He was very proud Father and Grandpa. I remember the close bond John shared with his brothers and sister. They had such love and respect for each other. Big John- one of the kindest and most loving people I have been blessed to know. Sending our love to Connie and family and the Poulson family. Dave and Jo-Ann

Dear Poulson Family, Sending my deepest condolences. John had a big laugh, an even bigger heart, and such a gentle soul. When I think of John, the word that first comes to my mind is “family”. John always reminded me of the importance of family. He was such a wonderful support to my mom. I have many fond memories of the Poulson Clan visits to the farm He will be greatly missed. Have fond memories of “ Bridge “ games on Charon Beach— boys against the girls, weekend at Erie Beachwith Louis and Susan, and Saturday nights having fondue and salad then playing cards till very late and having lively discussions- never a dull moment. John Deziel

Dear Poulson Family, and Jenn and Family: I am deeply sorry for your loss of your Father, Grandfather, and Brother. I met John many years ago with his Brother Stan, whom which I worked with at GSC. GSC was a small family then and reached out to many local corporations including City of Windsor for one. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless John and the entire Poulson Family. I did work very closely with Stan - a very wonderful coworker. Our Parents and Grand-Parents carry on watching over US all from the Heavens above. In the Night Sky, they will twinkle as a bright star, far and yet noticeable. As night stars fade to day, they dim only to appear again the next night. During the Day unseen, they watch over us still, as we grow and remember them, and forever present. Most sincere condolences, Giovanni D'Alessandro (WDLC Exec, and friend to Poulson Family)...Hugs
