HEINO-Joan Mary Kathleen (nee Stewart)
Passed away on September 30, 2021, at Heron Terrace with family by her side at the age of 89 years.
Loving wife of the late Maurice Heino (2006). Loving mother of Christopher (2017), David, Michael & Helen, Annette & Mark Hosler, Mary Kay & Brett Colman, Richard & Jacqueline, John (2017) & Maureen, Edsel Stephens, Mark & Wendy, and Connie & Ludwig Dobmeier. Loving Mummu to Kevin, Erik, Brian, Sherstin, Jason, Natasha, Karly, Samantha, Jessica, Jeannette, Jocelyn, Rebecca, Nicholas, Lindsay, Mackenzie, Kyle, Brent, Cody, Joshua, Chad, Steven, Dakota, Nolan, Alexander, Chelsea, Patrick and Willow. Great Mummu to Lily, James, Jake, Daniel, Amara, Julienne, Ezra, Olivia, Bowen, Colby, Olivia, Logan, Sabrina, Isabella, Olivia, Lucas, Logan, Alexis, Bentley, Liam, Jace, Logan, and Alistair. Predeceased by her parents Donald and Cecilia Stewart and all her brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and the Foote family. Joan was an amazing and awesome mother, homemaker, the best babysitter in town, an active member of St. John Vianney Church and a member of the Catholic Women's League. Visiting at the Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E on Monday October 4, 2021, from 3 to 5pm & 7 to 9pm. Masks are required at visitation and funeral mass.
A Funeral mass for Joan will be held on Tuesday October 5, 2021, at St John Vianney Church 385 Dieppe St. at 11:00am. Reservations are required to attend the funeral mass. To book reservations, please call 519-253-7234 between 8:30-4 p.m. Cremation to follow. Special thank you to the Staff of Heron Terrace, Lookout Point, for their excellent care of our mother.
