My thought and prayers are with, and for, Chris' family and friends. It's been a long time since we've seen each other. For quite a while I worked across the hall from the Print Shop at the college and some of my favourite times involved wandering over to the Print Shop and spending time with Chris, Diane, Carole and Victor. When I think of Chris my first thought is that great smile. She always had time for you if you needed to bend an ear. Simply put.....a wonderful person. Ross Langill

It is with sadness that we send our condolences to all the family. We have some very fond memories of Christella; one of which we would like to share: Many years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Christella for the first time. We met in the restaurant that she worked in. She ordered our breakfast and it was her gift to us! We always remembered her for her kindness. There are more but we will keep them close to our heart. I'm so sorry again Tiffany on hearing of your Mom's passing. She helped me when my family needed an incredible amount of support after our own family tragedy. She always welcomed me into her home and I have fond memories of her being a really cool Mom when we were in grade school. I'm thinking of you and sending love to your whole family. We had great times as kids at Grandma's house in Big Beach. Well... except for that time when we were 4 and I tried to cut your head off with an axe that I could hardly lift. Both your dad and mine took turns whacking my ass. First dad, then he'd get tired, then your dad, then he'd get tired, etc., etc. I couldn't sit down for days, and you were crying because of MY pain. You had more than your share of empathy. I learned from that experience. Firstly, don't try to cut people's heads off. Secondly, empathy is more than just understanding other people. It's a shared feeling, usually due to shared or similar circumstances. Thank you for helping me learn TWO valuable lessons. Thank you for being you. I will remember to remember you.
