Obituary of Gerald Arnew

Gerald Charles Keith Arnew ( Jan. 26,1938 - May 28, 2021)

Passed away peacefully at the Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus at the age of 83. Predeceased by his loving wife Carol Emmie Arnew (2008) , his brother Gary (2012) and sister-in-law Bev. Long-time companion of Peggy Yorks of Ohio. Devoted father to Brian (Bonnie) of Fergus and Wendy (Camiel) of Peterborough. Adored by his grandchildren Jessica (Mike), Mitchell, Ethan, Cameron, Alisha (Ken) and Nicole (James) and his great grandchildren Maggie and Alexander. Brother-in-law to Sue Arnew(British Columbia) and Uncle to Cindy (Darren) of Kingsville. Gerald was a dedicated employee of the Ford Motor Company for over 38 years, loved to play cards and was an avid golfer. He will be greatly missed by his many family and friends in Ontario, British Columbia, Ohio, and Florida. As per Gerald’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. A Celebration of Life for Gerald will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in Gerald’s honour.
