Obituary of Barbara Dufour

Passed away suddenly on August 21, 2019 at 83 years of age. Beloved wife of Alfred for 62 years. Loving mother of Anita Robinson (Leonard), Charles, Emelda Byrne (Doug), and Marcel. Proud grandma and mémé of Matthew Renaud and Thomas Byrne. Barbara was born and raised in Zurich, Ontario the tenth of twelve children of Alexander and Angelique Masse. Predeceased by eight siblings Lawrence, Bernice, Ursula, Nelson, Blanche, Madeline, Clotilde, Rose and survived by Louis, Marjorie and Bernadette. Barbara lived a faith filled life as a parishioner of Most Precious Blood Parish. She was an avid Pepper and Euchre player, loved cats, and family gatherings were always close to her heart. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 3-5 &7-9pm. Parish Prayers at 7:30pm. Visitation to continue on Monday, August 26, 2019 at Most Precious Blood Parish (1947 Meldrum) from 10:00am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery to follow.
