Dear Uncle Alfred and family Aunt Barbara was such a beautiful lady with a lovely smile. She was a wonderful sister to my mother Madeline. I will always be grateful. Please accept my condolences. Uncle Alfred, Anita, Charles, Emelda, Marcel and family Words are not enough to help ease the loss of your beautiful wife, mother and grandmother. Aunt Barbara’s warm smile, beauty, kind heart and her love for her family will always be remembered. You have a bond that will hold you together, throughout your life, a light that guides your way, a love that remains as constant as the stars in heaven above, the gift of her love. There is an emptiness that is difficult to fill and may the memories of her gestures, phrases, faith and strength help to soften the grief and provide a sense of peace. I love my Aunt Barbara...Uncle Alfred and Aunt Barbara had a very special connection to us - my mom’s sister Barbara and my dad’s brother Alfred married soon after mom and dad and they spent lots of time with Eugene and I before they had a family of their own. All family gatherings included us cousins because we had the same cousins and grandparents. Aunt Barbara loved her family and was so proud of her grandchildren - she talked about Matthew and Thomas all the time. She loved cats and gave me a stuffed cat and dog when I was small and to this day I still have them as it was a gift from my special Aunt and Uncle. Last year My dad Sam (died August/18)loved his brother Alfred so much. He would be heartbroken to see him in this pain of loss and grief. Aunt Barbara will be missed with her wonderful sense of humour and teasing. Miss her so much already....Colleen
