You were first my boss at the ripe young age of 13 and then became a mentor and my friend. Some of the best times I ever had were spent with you and your family! The funniest time I recollect was when we were in the butcher shop, I was squaring a 1/4 of beef . Nothing but frustrating the first 3 cuts. My temper was getting the best of me and by the last cut with the band saw something went missing. I'm in shock. I look at you and I say "I cut my finger" you reply " it's ok just put a bandaid on it?". At this point I'm beside myself .... " Guy? I cut my finger off!" It happened so quickly that even I didn't realize I cut the tip of my finger either until I looked at my hand. Anyway Guy and Flora took extremely good care of me and even managed to bring part of my finger to get it reattached (that didn't happen...no regrets) I missed you greatly over the years. We've always had great conversations and I wish I had an opportunity to see you again with Flora. Love you Guy Joe

Dear Flora, Ralph, Tina and Ferio, I was thinking about the times I used to work at the grocery store just this past week. I hold very fond memories of Guy (and all of you). And I know my parents would be with me to offer their condolences if they were here. Instead they are greeting him in heaven. Guy was a very decent, generous and oftentimes very funny man and I attribute a lot of my work ethics to what he taught me all those years ago. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I worked at Guy's Grocery Store(Ralph's), and actually lived with the family for awhile. I still see his, almost daily, bag of candy on his office desk I remember, and have told so many people, how Guy used to cut a tiny piece out of the watermelon before you bought it, for you to taste. If it wasn't good, he'd let you choose another! Many memories. RIP Guy

In behalf of the Moses family we send our condolences. I remember when my father Joe shot a few moose for a family whose father passed away in a mining accident. My dad and I we were butchering some moose in the garage. We had a taxi come to take the wrapped moose meat to the family as my dad did not drive. Not to long afterward's there was Ralph's dad arriving to pick up some quarters to help butcher the moose as well. He was good that way, always willing to help out. He was a kind man and I often thought of him and his family when I walk by the building that served as the grocery store.
