Obituary of Rosa DiMaio

Passed away peacefully with family by her side on March 20, 2018 at the age of 95. Reunited with her loving husband, Vincenzo and her cherished daughter Angela and son-in-law Peter. Beloved mother to Michael and JoAnne DiMaio and Joanne and Bill Dercho. Proud Nonna to Angelo and wife Denise, Michael and wife Krista, Dino and wife Christina, Genny and husband Jason, Amanda and husband John, Zach and wife Lai Yin, Thomas, Ryan and wife Samantha, Alicia and Lindsay. Bisnonna to Jacob, Jamie, Max, Marc, Alexandra and Daniela. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. We will miss the Sunday dinners that brought our family close together every week. A very special thank you to Dolce Vita, Dr. Ian McLeod and Banwell Gardens for their care and compassion of our dear mom. Visitation at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 4401 Mt Royal Dr, on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 10:00am until the time of Rosa"s funeral mass at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
