Dear DiMaio family/extended family and friends: We are saddened by the news of Zia Rosa�s passing. Zia Rosa was a wonderful and generous person who touched the lives of everyone in the Basile family. We will never forget the generosity of Zia Rosa and Zio Vincenzo as they provided us with a home away from home, and especially to Giovanni when he was in college in the USA (and before Angela and Franco Meo arrived in Windsor). They always made us feel welcomed, and we will always remember and cherish wonderful memories of long dining tables (in their basement) surrounded by family and friends, all enjoying Zia Rosa�s wonderful cavatielli. We are thankful to them for enriching our lives with unforgettable experiences and kindness, experiences full of affection that we have had the blessing to share with all of you, our wonderful extended family in Canada. Dear Michael and JoAnne, Joanne and Bill, Angelo and Denise, Mike and Krista, Dino and Christina, Genny and Jason, Amanda and John, Zach and Lai Yin, Thomas, Ryan and Samantha, Alicia and Lindsay, our thoughts and hearts are with you today and always.
