Dear Lescinsky Family, Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of Helen,your dear mother, grandmother, etc. My memory of Helen goes back to my early childhood. My mom would take me to the store on Ouellette Avenue to buy material. Helen would cut the fabric and she spoke in Slovak which made my mom very happy. During that time, my parents John and Mary Boldizar lived on Langlois Avenue while the Bednarik Family lived on Benjamin just a short walk''s distance. Friends we all were, and we were invited to the wedding of Helen and Andy. Many years later, as a young adult, I joined the Sts. Cyril & Methodius Bowling League. Even though I was a lousy bowler, you dad''s words to me were "but you''ve got good form, Mary!" My late husband Mike Jacko also known to Helen and Andy, joined the bowling league and the team had good times every Sunday evening. Cherished memories will keep Helen close to you always.
