I had the honour and pleasure of knowing Armando ever since I was a child. My sister, Natalie, and I appeared in a few plays put on my Armando and his brother. These plays (performed at Caboto Club and St. Angela Hall) were among some of the happiest memories of my childhood. Participating in these plays gave my sister and I a chance to run around (sometimes wild) with kids our age, they helped us form an appreciation and respect for our Italian heritage, and most importantly, they were lovely opportunities for our family to come together and watch a performance starring my sister and I. Although I was young, I always remember Armando being full of life, love, and laughter. I knew his granddaughters-Maria and Stephania. We went to Villanova highschool together. My deepest condolences go out to you girls. Your Nonno was truly special and one of a kind. What a man! To bring so many people together and to celebrate music, song, dance...all the things we live for. My mother, Maria, would also wish to extend her deepest condolences. She truly enjoyed talking to Armando and his brother. They always had a smile to give or an interesting thing to say. My mother, my sister, and I offer our sympathies at this time. But we also wish to say, the show must go on. And this is something I know Armando would agree with <3
