My memory of Aunt Josie was that she was the most vocal, and “say it like it is,” of the Troniak aunts. My most favourite memory took place without me when my wife, Pat, spoke with Auntie Josie a couple of years ago. In the course of that conversation, Auntie Josie told Pat that she and her friends in the home could use my services. Reminded by Pat that I was a pediatrician, Auntie Josie’s immediate retort was that at their ages, a pediatrician was exactly what was needed. Sharp as a tack until the end. Our condolences to Jeff and family on the death of a remarkable woman.
