A sad time for many. I honored to say he was my friend and mentor. Throughout the many years of making music together with our group, The Essex County Ramblers, Larry inspired me to learn crazy originally written jigs, accompany his fiddle playing of beautiful heart breaking waltzes and old time songs from long ago, harmonizing and sharing some great times. Always kind, sometimes stubborn and opinionated, always striving to bring new songs to the group to keep us on our toes..I loved every minute of our music family and am so thankful that others in the group had the foresight to record our music on 2 cds. I cherish the memories we all made. My heart goes out to his loving wife Sandy and their beautiful family. He will be missed by many, a good man, my friend. See you on the flip side Larry!
