Obituary of Jeffrey Rankin

RANKIN, Jeffrey Wayne It is with heavy hearts that the Rankin family announces the passing of Jeff surrounded by his family after a long struggle on Saturday July 11, 2015 at Hotel Dieu Grace Health Care Hospital at the age of 50 years. Born in Windsor, Ontario. Jeff will be dearly missed by cherished daughter Kayla Rankin and loving parents Carl Rankin and Doris Rankin. Dear brother of Dan Rankin and Sheree Rankin. Proud uncle to Krystal Rankin. Precious lifelong friend and brother to Dr. David Mady Jr. Caring family friend to Kim Peticca. He is also missed by special aunt and uncle Roy (Joanne) Morris and Preston (Barb) Faulkner. Very special friend to Betty, Hilda, Kevin and Anne. Beloved step son of the late Diana Rankin (2014). The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Sheehan and staff from the 3rd floor Palliative Care Unit at HDGH. As a young man Jeff is remembered by many for his 13 years of dedication to Ford Motor Company and his longtime involvement at Madison Dental. Jeff was a devoted father who loved Rock N" Roll, KISS, Jokes and ""stirring the pot"". Jeff enjoyed his time by being a handy man, an avid golf player and a loyal Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays fan. Arrangements have been entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 519-253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. As per Jeff`s wishes, Cremation has taken place.
