I knew Jeff as a child and friend of my brothers when they were in cubs and my mother Pat Stuart was one of the leaders. We reconnected many years later when he moved across the street from me on Pierre. He was a great neighbor and always there to help. Kayla was so young then, but loved to come visit. So sorry to hear of his passing.
