Dear Marilyn & family, our thoughts & prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Bill was such a wonderful person, so loved by everyone. He always had a smile, a joke and a story. When we bowled on the same team, every week my name was listed as a different fish and never a repeat. The trips to Myrtle Beach were extra special. The memories are many. Sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. Both Kathi (Prieur) and I will keep him and his family in our prayers. I have some very fond memories of golf with Louis and Virginia Prieur in Myrtle Beach. I met Bill on one of the Myrtle Beach trips and golfed a number of times with him. He always had a smile and a story.

Bill was loved by all who new him. I met him when I started bowling in the seniors' league at Bowlero 10 years ago. Leaving a five pin meant constant teasing so that when anyone he saw miss a five pin resulted in "Nobody misses a five pin!" or way to go Laforet, even when i wasn't bowling. I will miss his sense of humour and especially how much he told us about his family. Heaven has gained not only a Popeye but also an angel to watch over all of us. A bientot mon ami. A la prochaine fois. And when I miss that 5 pin I'll be thinking of you!!
