Dear Marie, I was so very sorry to hear about your grandfather's passing. The loss of a Grandfather is such a sad event. This must be so difficult for you. I don't think these words are adequate, but I want you to know you have my heartfelt sympathy. I didn't know your grandfather very well but from all the wonderful things you told me over the years, I know he was a very special person. I know you were very proud of him and that he was a good and loving person. Please extend my sincere sympathy to your wonderful family.
