Obituary of Elizabeth Florence Parent

Parent: E. Florence (Flo) (nee Troy) Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, on July 30, 2011 at the age of 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Parent (1990). Loving mother of Mary Margaret Parent of Windsor, Kathleen & John Donald MacDonald of Windsor, Patricia & Bob Fox of Leamington, Gerri & Dave Brown of Stoney Point, Loraine Parent of Windsor, Eileen Weber of Oakville, and Joe & Michelle Parent of Toronto. Special mom to Elaine Carr. Proud grandmother of Eilish & Mike Fockens, Lynda Fox & Eric Mailloux, Robert Fox, Kelly Brown & Phil Bartnik, Brendan Parent & Keri Bagley, Kristopher Weber, the late Toni Weber (1979), Rob Weber & Regina Morse, Eric Weber, Colette Parent, and Keara Parent. Great grandmother of Kyle and Mikayla Fockens and Declan Weber. She is also survived by many family members in Ireland. The Parent family wishes to extend specials thanks to friends and staff of Royal Marquis, staff at Metropolitan Hospital, and Malden Park 2 South Complex Care, Dr. Robert Page and Dr. Martin McFarlane. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (Main Chapel) 253-7234 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 2-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 10:15 from the Funeral Home then on to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
