Dear grandfather to Jennifer and Kevin Tachar, Rose and the late Rob Small, Tammy, and Gary and Jennifer Rousseau. Dear father-in-law to Richard Rousseau. Also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in Montana, and 10 great grandchildren. Resting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME (MAIN CHAPEL) 1700 Tecumseh Rd.
