Dear Kibbee Family, So sorry to hear of your loss. I, George, have had the pleasure of getting to know Roy & Irene through Rick & Arlene Rousseau. I still have memories of Roy sharing his experiences of installing transmission or communication lines in the mountains with the military. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you.
