Obituary of Rosa Quaggiotto

It is with deep sorrow and very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear Rosa on Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Cherished wife of Livio Quaggiotto, and loving mother to Jessica and Daniel. Adored daughter of Mario and Pierina. Beloved sister of Francesca, Vilma (Gino Zambito), and Lina (Lee Golka). Proud Aunt to Lauren, Melissa, Taressa, Camilla (Michael Gentili, Fiance’), Eliana, Jack and Juliana. Rosa had a big heart. She was an empowering woman with strong beliefs and was a crusader against acts of unjustly behavior. Her smile would light up the room and her laugh was contagious. She always “took the high road” and will be terribly missed. She will always remain in our hearts and lives forever. Rosa was a dedicated employee of CBSA, Canada Border Services Agency, for over 35 years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (South Chapel) 3048 Dougall Ave, Windsor 519-253-7234 on Thursday March 12 from 7-9pm and Friday, March 13, 2020 from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. Parish prayers on Friday at 4:30pm. Funeral services beginning at the funeral home on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 10am with procession to St. Angela Merici Catholic Church (980 Louis Ave, Windsor) for the Funeral Mass at 11am. In keeping with her wishes cremation will follow. Donations in memory of Rosa may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Condolences and cherished memories may be shared with her family at www.windsorchapel.com
