Obituary of Rose Lambert

LAMBERT, Rose Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on February 26, 2010 at Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her husband Lawrence (1986). Loving and devoted mother to Helen Dupuis and husband Gary, Olga Taylor and husband William, Elie Seremack and wife Rosanne, Mary Fields and husband Joe, Veronica (Ronnie) Stannard and her late husband Jim (2004), Rose-Marie Riccardi. Predeceased by her son Stanley Seremack (1984). Survived by her grandchildren, Suzanne, Brian, Lisa, Steven, Christine, Michael, Rhonda, Lisa, Shelley, Michelle, Jeff, Laura, Kathy, Jodi, Michael, and Christina. Survived by many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sisters Doris and Annie and brothers Nick, Johnny and George. The family would like to acknowledge Rose"s nephews Johnny and Terry Lebeznick whom she had lost touch with until recently and who reminded her of her brother Johnny and his wife Peggy, to whom she was very close and to Betty who was a very devoted friend to Rose. The family would like to thank the staff of Chateau Park nursing home for the care they gave to Rose during her stay. Rose loved her family dearly and enjoyed cooking, sewing, making quilts and made the best homemade bread. Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Road East on Monday March 1, 2010 from 2-5 and 7-9p.m. Funeral service in the Chapel on Tuesday March 2, 2010 at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
