Dear Bob, and all your family,
I am so sorry for loss. I have such wonderful memories of Bonnie. She never seemed to waiver in her commitment to what was right. I have also been touched by the generosity, kindness and compassion she showed me personally since our paths crossed some sixteen years ago. Her heart was so big, her passion for justice so deep. She has made such a difference in so many people's lives! My prayers are with you all during this time of grief. Bonnie has left a huge legacy of love for all of us to emulate.

Dear Bob, I’m so sorry I’m unable to attend Bonnie’s funeral because of injuries from a freak accident. I remember well when I joined Women in Black and met Bonnie for the first time. She was so welcoming. She is deeply missed. Thinking of you and your family at this time and sending love.

Our ciondolances to Amy & the Drago family after the passing of Bonnie. Mrs. Drago was always so kind to the group of us who lived with Amy at Laurier. Always kind words and little things that helped as we were away from home, such as ornaments and treats at the holidays. She & Mr. Drago were Amy's biggest support and cheerleaders. Our thoughts are with you.

Dear Bob and family
As you know Bob, I first met you and Bonnie many years ago when we served together on the London Diocesan Council of Development and Peace. I was so impressed by her dedication to that effort but soon learned that her capacity to work for justice in the world for those in need went far beyond the scope of that cause. Her cheerful countenance and firm resolve on behalf of social justice were gifts she generously shared. She was a beacon of light for me and I know for many others. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace Bonnie.

My sincere sympathy to Bob and children and grandchildren on the passing of Bonnie. Her dedication and passion for justice issues all those years with Development and Peace was inspiring. She worked tirelessly on several levels of our campaigns and became a voice for those in the global south.
I will miss her presence deeply and know she is at peace now. Rest in Peace Bonnie

I had the pleasure of working for many years as a member of the Windsor Association Trefoil Guild. Bonnie was the proud keeper of the Archives containing the history of the Girl Guides of Windsor and the Girl Guides of Canada. She was extremely dedicated to any challenge she was given and very dependable. We will miss her a lot.
Please accept the condolences of all the Members of the Trefoil Guild, which are sent to all her family. Especially Bob who put in many miles transporting cartons of Girl Guide material to wherever Bonnie instructed him to drive.
Bonnie will be remembered by us all and may she now rest in peace.
Margaret Entwistle.

Dear Bob and Family,
It was a privilege to have known you and Bonnie. She was a great person with a big heart. She was a beacon of light in this world of darkness. She was a champion for the poor and disadvantaged. I remember she "fought" not to buy uniforms for the choir at the Holy Rosary Church because the money could have helped other people in need. She was like salt that added flavour to our lives. She is now in a better place!
Take care of yourself, Bob.
With love and regards,
Raphael Cheung

Bonnie was a joyful, meaningful, inspirational, person. I met her when she would visit the old Windsor Public Library at 850 Ouellette.
She would visit with one of her grand daughters. What started as a friendship choosing picture books grew to a friendship with her and her husband as we shared a passion for social justice, good food, respect and love for people as well as great belly laughs.
I was blessed by every encounter with her. She and her husband Bob, shared so many pieces of information not easily found in mainstream media
I thank God for the gift that was Bonnie. I will miss her.
I'm grateful to her, her husband, their constant passion and their example of God's grace, love and empathy.

Dear Bob and family,
It is with great sadness I learn of the death of my dear friend, Bonnie. I am so sorry for you, Bob, and the family, for your grief will be as profound as the great love that was always manifest among you. I need not tell you of the love and admiration I have had for your couple commitment to community peace and social justice efforts. I was privileged to participate with you during my many years in Windsor. Your generosity was boundless. Coming to London when George died was so appreciated and I grieve that I am unable to be with you to honour Bonnie and offer my love for you at her funeral. The Lord give you comfort in her release from pain, and in your memories of lives so honourably lived. My heart will be with you.
Love, Donna Crowell
