My condolences to Janice's (JZ) family and her close friends.
Janice and I first worked at Met ER in the 80s, then at Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital ER Trauma Unit that eventually became Ouellette Campus of Windsor Regional Hospital. Lastly we both worked at the Grand Marais Urgent Care Center for our ER docs (Drs. Minardi & Favot being the leads - and good friends of hers). She also made some very close friends with others at the ER in Windsor, I was blessed to be one of her friends even if I wasn't one of her besties. like Leighanne and Jeanny. We did get together at times. I am sorry this past summer we had plans which she delayed due to her health. She was suppose to come and spend a day pool side for relaxation. She was liked and loved! She could make me smile on some of our most difficult days in ER. I will miss her wit and her kindness, and the respect we both had for one another.
She will be missed by many! Had to share this picture from many years ago of one of our evenings out with our ER sisters!
