Mike, fondly lnown as "Wrench" to his buddies, was a great friend and one of the most intelligent people I know. We had many great conversations, and his great depth of knowledge about a wide range of topics (coupled with his often "contrarion" views) provided many a spirited debate. We shared a common bond with our mutual interest in performance boating, and it was truly sad to see his illness curtail his involvement and enjoyment of fast watercraft.
To Donna and family, thank you for taking such great care of Mike during his illness, it is truly appreciated! Please accept Lynn and my condolences, and assurance that Mike will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
