Obituary of Steve McCarney

It is with profound sadness but with fond memories we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, stepfather, and papa, Steve McCarney on August 12, 2024 at the age of 70 years old.He leaves behind his wife of 20 years Lynne (Parent), daughter Meaghan McCarney, and stepchildren Chris Mills (Stephanie), and Sherri Kinghorn (D'Arcy). Beloved papa to Emily McCarney, Katie, Ellie, and Brody Mills, Sam and Sawyer Kinghorn, along with Alessandra, Adrian, and Julian DiFazio. Steve will be missed by his brother, John McCarney, along with many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and close friends. He will be reunited with his best "furry" friend, Satchmo.

As per Steve's wishes, a private family farewell has already taken place.The family wishes to thank the health care team of the Oncology floor, W.R.H. Met campus, for their compassionate care.
