Dear Debbie, Joni and Pat, your mother was a wonderful woman. I met her through my friend Janice Bellemore. A group of us ladies would get together and go to Birmingham and dance up a storm. She was so amazing and friendly and would talk with everyone. Us ladies would take turns picking her up to bring to various events and functions. Dancing with her at Beach Grove parties was always a lot of fun. A group of us had dinner with her and Noel a few months ago, she was in such great health, so it was shocking to us to hear of her passing. Don and I would like to express our sincerest condolences and sympathies to you and the rest of your family. The world will miss out dancing queen for sure !!!

Sending deepest sympathies and prayers to all. She was truly a remarkable woman and an amazing mom as is reflected in her children. Although you have millions of memories to hold in your heart, you will always miss being able to hear her voice and her laughter. Doreen was a people person through and through. She was for the people! Her good works will never be forgotten. Her energy and warm spirit was contagious. And that big smile always lit up a room.
