David Nathaniel Oakley Jr.

Passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Holley (nee McCalman) by his side on Friday May 3, 2024. Preceded in death by his first wife Anita Oakley, his mom Estella Murdock and his father David Oakley Sr. Dear and loving Father of Sophia “Deon” Oakley-Francis, Joy Oakley-Loggins and Raven Oakley-Jefferson. Proud Grandpa of Brittney Francis, Jayla Smith and Antonio Brooks Jr. Dear and loving brother of the late Samuel Oakley (2023) (Stephney), Dorcas Sherwood (Leroy), Audrey Cousins (Charles), Mavis Hutchinson (Jude), Phillip Nelson (Sonia), and Pauline Nelson. David will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be fondly remembered for his smile, his wit and charm and especially for his friendship to all those whose lives he has touched.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - South Chapel, 3048 Dougall Ave., (519-253-7236) on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place in the chapel at 11:00am on Saturday May 18. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice are appreciated.
