I just learned a few days ago that Bill had passed away through one of your family members I ran into. We are sending our deepest sympathies to the Sutherland family. We have very fond memories of Bill as we lived next door to the Sutherland’s for almost 10 years. He was so comical, never a dull moment. He was such a kind, caring man, always made us feel that he had our backs as we were a a young couple, newly married. When we had our daughter, Kaye babysat our daughter for a few years and they were the best. Kaye provided great care while Bill made her laugh. Again, our deepest condolences to the family and RIP Bill. We will never forget you! Caroline, Randy and Jessica Tanchioni.
