Pallisco family, We are saddened to hear of the passing of your Mother. We had the privilege of being your parent’s next door neighbour for 16 years. We loved their gifts of fruits, veggies, homemade cookies, hand knitted scarves for my girls for when they shovelled their driveway and of course, all the valuable gardening tips. Your Mother and Father were loving neighbours and friends and we will hold all the memories close to our hearts. Keeping all of you in our prayers. Love, Marc, Valerie, Sydney and Ruby Sayer

We are grateful for the kindness, compassion and care shown to our family by Mrs. Pallisco over many years. She always had cookies with the coffee, lovely flowers in her garden to show us and stories to tell. We are pretty certain that Bob was in the crowd that welcomed her into Heaven. Dear Linda, Rita, Dina, and Dave, I am saddened by the passing of my beautiful Patrina Iole. She was always very special to me all my life even though I didn't see her often. Somehow she was there all the time. I have great memories of her when she was a beautiful young Signorina and I was much younger. I was so happy to have her stand up for my first communion. For me she never aged. My memories of her are from back in Italy, when we used to visit Zio Federico and Zia Marietta, or when we saw them on feast days. Iole had many admirers. She dressed so beautifully, and I can still see her in her flared colourful skirt and her black tight belt around her perfect waistline. I so much wished I could dress like her when I got older. I know you are all proud of your mother... and you each have special memories of her. I thought I would add my memory too and you wouldn't mind. So Ercole and I and family send special thoughts to all of you for your loss. Hugs, Delia
