Obituary of Denice Mary Ellen Shuker

It is with broken hearts that we announce the too-early passing of Denice Mary Ellen Shuker on Saturday March 2^nd, 2024 at the age of 50 years old. Loving wife of her spouse Jeff. Devoted mother to her children Finley and Lachlan. Daughter of predeceased parents Marvin and Karol. Treasured by her sister Tracie, niece Emily, and nephew Carter. Loved by mother-in-law Barbara, father-in-law Michael, brother-in-law Christopher (Jodi), and sister-in-law Rachelle (Don). Adored by extended family, friends, neighbours, and colleagues. Denice was a talented artist, avid gardener, soccer enthusiast, and chef extraordinaire. She was strong, loving, protective, motivated, and generally a badass. She drew people into her circle and loved them fiercely. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Hamm, volunteers Mick and Helen, and all the angels who work and volunteer at the Windsor Regional Cancer Program. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (Windsor) on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday directly at St. Anne’s Parish, 12233 Tecumseh Rd. E. for the Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations are made to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation.
