She is survived by her husband William Henry "Bill" Fellows, daughters Shelley Marie Fellows (Ross Rawlings) and Christine Ann Fellows (John Samson), granddaughters Tyler Marie (Ben) Iannetta (Grandma Gail's "best friend") and Devon Ann Rawlings (Grandma Gail's "favourite"), and many, many dear friends and loved ones, near and far. Most important to Gail: family, laughter, love, togetherness, potato chips and white wine. And cleaning, especially windows. She had a beautiful life, living abroad and traveling widely with her husband of 61 years, Bill, her dearest love. Her work career spanned many years both in BC and Ontario. Gail fround her special place from 1988 to 2001, where she was the secretary at Puce Public School, a position she absolutely adored.
An Open House celebration of Gail's life will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor (519-253-7235) on Friday, February 23 2024, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Gail would want you to "have the best time" with your friends and family. You could also consider making a donation to Windsor Essex Hospice, which supported Gail through the final stages of her illness and where she lived for the last week of her life, surrounded by her loving family and WEH's wonderful staff and volunteers.
