As I have told Gail many times, she literally changed our lives when we moved to this area and I was looking for a school for our daughter. When I called Puce, Gail answered the phone. She was the face of the school. She was warm, welcoming, helpful, competent and radiant. That phone call put us on a path. I knew we had found a home for our daughter at Puce.
I feel so blessed to have maintained a wonderful friendship with Gail and am forever grateful for our lunches and times together including my last visit with her in hospice. Her radiant 'Gail smile' warmed my heart and will stay with me forever. Bill, you and her girls and grandchildren meant everything to her and, while I am deeply saddened to be away and unable to be there on Friday, I shall be thinking of you all as you pay tribute to this beautiful soul.
