Grandma lived a long yet full life, a life truly devoted to her family and our heavenly Father. She knew loss and she knew life could be unfair but her faith never waivered. She inspired me to try to live the same way. How blessed we all were to have Grandma as a constant source of guiding light in our lives for so many years. I know we will all forever cherish the overwhelming feeling of love we all felt whenever we gathered together on 2481 Rossini Blvd. Somehow, at Grandma and Grandpa's house God never felt like he was long distance (remember that figurine in the kitchen windowsill). She has gone from this world, but her entrance into heaven ensures she is with us in spirit for always. We will remember her hugs, her laughter, her forever blonde beauty. We will remember her when we look to the heavens, when we hear a hymn, when we taste a meat pie or whenever we smell Youth Dew in an unfamiliar place.
