Obituary of Celia Eve Southward

It is with saddened hearts that the family of Celia Southward announce her passing on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the age of 74. Cherished sister of Cecil Southward Jr., Cindi Wheeler (Rick), and Chris (Carol) Southward. Loving aunt of Chris Wheeler of British Columbia, Sarah Winskill of Welland, Jessica Cipolla, and Meghan Olivastri both of Lasalle. She is predeceased by her parents Cecil and Eva Southward. Celia retired from the City of Windsor, Parks and Recreation. She focused on seniors issues and recreation for persons with disabilities. Arrangements entrusted to WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234. As per Celia’s wishes cremation has taken place, in following with Celia’s wishes there will be no funeral service. She will be interred at a later date alongside her parents in northern Ontario.
