I worked occasionally with the Parks & Rec department at the City of Windsor and one day I went for an early meeting and unexpectedly ended up camping out in their boardroom for the whole day. Celia's office was near the boardroom. When lunchtime rolled around, Celia brought me a collection of a drink, cheese, crackers and other small food items, which together made up a meal. I've never forgotten that - it was such a thoughtful, kind and unexpected thing to do. Over the years I saw the work she did with seniors and persons with disabilities - she was high on my list of awesome co-workers.
My condolences to her family and friends.
