Our family acknowledges a special thank you to her nieces Mara, Lela and Mia for their kindness and being there for mom while she was in the hospital and nursing home, almost daily over the last year helping Mom, while making her laugh and attending to her needs and spending so much quality time with her. Also, a special thank you to Extendicare Nursing home staff in Tecumseh. Milka was a special, unique, kind loving soul with a heart of gold. Life was hard in the beginning and during the war, but with hard work, she always did the best she could to provide for her family with what she had. She will be greatly missed.
Mom, we love you and may you rest in peace for all eternity
