I am so very sorry to hear this.. My heart breaks for you. I had the privilege to know her for a short while, I was her roommate in the hospital only a few days. Marie left an imprint on my heart forever. She was kind and brave. I am so sorry I missed the funeral. My love and prayers go out to her family and all who loved her. Sincerely, Tammy Bellemore

Doug, Brianna and Meghan. I am so sorry for your loss. Marie was a beautiful soul who has left us far too soon. We were neighbours for over 25 years. Marie was a few years older and I remember getting my haircut from her while my mom and her mom enjoyed a coffee. About a year ago I was visiting my father in-law at the hospital and heard Marie was on the same floor. I stopped in to say hi, her room was full and it was awkward. Marie gave me a smile and asked me to come over and give her a hug and said we’re old neighbours. I greeted her dad, brother in-law, Aunt Renee and Uncle Tony and rest of the family and we shared some old memories. What a great family and good people. I first met Marie during treatment and we immediately hit it off. We would run into each other at the hospital, the mall and even Remark. Each time we spoke she was so positive and encouraging. Her family was her everything. Her face beamed with pride every time she spoke about you. I am so sorry for your loss. I am blessed to have known Marie, even if it was only for a short time.

Marie was one of the first friends I made after moving to Windsor almost five years ago. She was such a great encouragement to me every time I was with her and gave hugs where I felt her love come through. I will miss her dearly and treasure many beautiful memories.
