Obituary of Edith Ann Corra

CORRA, Edith "Dee Dee" (nee Mangile) Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on July 11, 2008 at the age of 54 years. Beloved wife and soulmate to Frank Corra. Loving and devoted mother to Ashley Corra. Cherished daughter of the late George and Anna Mangile. Dear sister to Judgie Mangile and wife Mary Ellen, Julie Mangile and Judy Panchenko. Predeceased by brother Wayne Mangile. Dear sister-in-law to Mary and husband Frank Ventrella, Mario Corra and Madlen and husband David Gaspar. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Best friend to Jackie Pierce. Dee Dee was an employee of TDS Automotive. Visiting at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, July 13, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Services on Monday July, 14, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. from the Windsor Chapel then to Immaculate Heart Church for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Dale Ziter and his medical secretary Sue and also to the nursing staff at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus and Windsor Regional Cancer Centre for their care and compassion shown to Dee Dee and her family.
