Di CARLO, Letizia (nee Ciccone) It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Letizia, our loving Mother, Nonna and Bis-Nonna on January 26, 2020 at WRH, Ouellettte Campus at the age of 93 years. Reunited with her beloved husband Domenico (1999). Loving and devoted mother to Dina and husband Frank Ferrone. Cherished Nonna to Alana and husband Anthony DiPonio, Tania Ferrone, and Frankie and wife Melissa Ferrone. Adored Bis-Nonna to Luca, Alessia, Adriano, Gia and Frankie. Predeceased by parents, Antonio and Maria Ciccone. Dear sister to Lillian Celli (late Domenico), Ilde Dionisi (late Giulio) and Sr. Maria Ciccone. Predeceased by siblings Oranto and surviving wife Lina, Livio and Gilda Ciccone, Iside and Ottavio Marini, Mario and Lisa Ciccone, Licino Ciccone. Letizia is survived by many in-laws, relatives, nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234 on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Parish prayers at 4:30 pm.Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at St. John Vianney Church (385 Dieppe St. at Cedarview) for visitation from 10:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 11 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of Letizia may be made to Hospice of Windsor & Essex County.
