Obituary of Jeannette Powers (nee Ouellette)

It is with heavy hearts we announce that our mother has passed away peacefully at the age of 85 in Windsor, Ontario.

Beloved wife of Ronald (2002) for 67 years. Loving mother of Ralph (Lori), Kim (Terry), Ed (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of Austin, Jade (Mitchell), Samantha (Matt) and Great Grandmother to Waylon and Leo.

Dear daughter of the late Emma and Albert Ouellette. Pre-deceased by her brothers Robert, Raymond, Donald, Albert & Elliott. Predeceased by brother-in-law Stan and wife Alma. Also predeceased by her dear friend Junior (Richard) Todd. Jenny is survived by her many nieces and nephews, extended family & friends.

Special thanks to the staff at Riverside Place for the special love & care you have shown our mother over the years.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Monday, May 29, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.  Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations made to the Alzheimer Society of Windsor – Essex County would be appreciated by the family.
