Obituary of John Raymond Evans

EVANS, John Raymond
Passed away suddenly on April 23rd, 2023 at the age of 84. Reunited in heaven with his loving wife the late Mary Jo, whom he shared 50 years of marriage with. Beloved father to John Evans (Vicki), the late Kevin Evans (1995) and Sherri Evans. Cherished grandfather to Lacie (Jason), Shawn, Jillian (Patrick), John Paul, Jessica, Ryan and Alyssa. Lives on through his great-grandchildren Thomas, Maddie, Logan, Ava, Abbie, Owen and Rylie. Brother to Jim (Ann) and the late Lilly (1977). Reunited with parents John and Margaret Evans. He will be missed by his son-in-law Tom. John will as well be missed by many extended family and friends.   
John was known around the neighbourhood for his many walks with his cherished best four-legged friend Charlie. He will be deeply missed. 
Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, 519.253.7234 on Wednesday April 26th, 2023 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Prayers at 4:30pm. Funeral mass to take place on Thursday April 27th at Good Shepherd Parish (462 Advance Blvd) at 11am. Cremation to follow.
