In his time at Maranatha, Mr. McKay made a great impact on the lives of many students, acting as a great role model and ferryman into the wondrous world of science. His passion was infectious and his humour was met with many groans and giggles alike. My condolences to the grieving family during this time. God bless you all.

It is very sad to see him go but Mr. McKay was a very funny and nice guy to everyone at our school and we will definitely miss his humor very much. He was a very big part of our high school even though he was still pretty new to the school. It was very sad to hear the tragic news and i am so sorry for everyone who lost him in their lives. He truly was a big light in several people's lives.
