Joe was an amazing caring teacher....he changed my life at St Andrews School in the early 70s. Godspeed good man and thank you for what you did for me so long ago. P

I didn't have Mr. Doumani as a teacher but I do remember my friends and peers mentioning how much fun they had in his classes. It made me wish I took courses that he facilitated. He treated all students with respect in the halls. Reading his obituary, I know he was a special man to those who loved him.
Mr. Doumani was my favourite teacher that I ever had. He taught me at St. Andrew’s and he made history fun and exciting. He also brought drama and creative arts to our school which I took part in. He really connected with his students . Rest in Peace.
