Nee McDonald
April 18th, 1939- March 11th, 2023
After a brief illness Ann passed away peacefully into the waiting arms of her beloved husband Bob (2003) and parents Charlie and Nan McDonald. She was surrounded by her loving family. Adored mom of Ann Marie Talbot- Wims (Sean), Robert (Debra) and Jaydene Northcott (Warren). Special sister to George McDonald (Doris), Isabelle Higginbottom (Gary), Jim McDonald and Sheila McDonald- Workman. Sister in law to Leo Rivait (Joan) and Rita Rivait. The best grandma to Ashley, Charley (Jordan), Jasmyn, Sharese (Drake), Tucker and Hunter. Great grandma to Jayla and Braxton. Predeceased by brother Bud, in-laws Ray (Theresa) Rivait, Jack and Gord Rivait, Dave Workman and Doreen McDonald. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Ann enjoyed traveling and playing cards with her many friends. She was a proud member of local 1973. Special thanks to the many doctors and nurses at Windsor Regional Hospital for their compassion and care.
Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel), 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, 519.253.7234 on Tuesday March 14th, 2023 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday March 15th from 9am until time of service at 10am in the chapel. Cremation to follow. An interment of cremated remains to take place at Ste. Anne’s Cemetery in Tecumseh, ON at a later date. In kindness donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Windsor Regional Hospital Cancer Centre.
