Obituary of Lydia Laporte

Passed away peacefully on February 23, 2023, at the age of 90. Dear mother of Christine Raco (2020) and Richard and Darlene Laporte. Loving Grandma of Andrew Raco, Nicholas Raco, Kevin Laporte, Brad and Magan Laporte and great grandma (GG) of Austin, Jayden, Ainslie, Emmett, Scotlyn, and Kameryn. She is survived by her sister Thelma Ponic, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank the staff of Country Village for all their dedicated care and compassion shown to Lydia. Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7234) on Monday, March 6, 2023, from 6 - 8 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
